While most prominent smartphone manufacturers in China have released top-tier devices equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, Realme has remained distinctively quiet. This silence, however, is speculated to be the calm before the storm, as reports suggest Realme is planning its next move, preparing to launch its latest flagship device, dubbed the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro. In a recent post on Weibo, celebrated leaker Digital Chat Station provided essential details about this upcoming marvel from Realme.

The rumoured specs suggest the Realme GT Neo 5 Pro will feature a sleek OLED panel, framed by thin bezels, promising a rich viewing experience. The display is anticipated to sport an impressive 1.5K resolution, a fast refresh rate of 144Hz, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Interestingly, the company seems to have settled on the 6.74-inch OLED panel from Tianma, the same supplier used for the panels on the previously launched Realme GT Neo 5 and GT Neo 5 SE smartphones.
