HMD released another Nokia model

HMD Global, having made announcements earlier in February, has initiated its smartphone manufacturing in Europe. The Nokia XR21 Limited Edition is the premier device emerging from this fresh production line. The production numbers are quite limited, and the phone stands out with its exclusive Frosted Platinum shade, a one-of-a-kind serial number, and an authenticity certificate.

This exclusive edition is indeed limited, as HMD has only crafted an initial batch of 50 devices, with merely 30 destined for the market. A distinguishing feature of this phone is the unique engraving of its series number. Adding to its charm, it comes encased in a Frosted Platinum shade and a specially designed box.

The Nokia XR21 has been equipped with a 6.49-inch LCD display boasting FHD+ resolution. This display offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a commendable brightness level peaking at 550 nits. Furthermore, it’s shielded by the robust Gorilla Glass Victus. The phone is resilient, meeting the MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability benchmarks. Its design offers resistance against the elements, with IP68 waterproofing and IP69K certification ensuring the phone stands up to dust, water, and accidental drops.

For photography enthusiasts, the XR21 comes fitted with a 16MP front-facing camera. The rear is adorned by a dual-camera setup that features a 64MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, flanked by an LED flash. The inner workings of the phone reveal a Snapdragon 695 processor, working in tandem with 6GB RAM and an internal storage of 128GB. Keeping the device alive is a 4,800mAh battery that supports rapid charging at 33W. This phone operates on the Android 12 platform.

For those interested in procuring the Nokia XR21 Limited Edition in its unique Frosted Platinum hue, it is currently available at a price point of 699 Euros or 599 GBP (equivalent to about $733). It's accessible in various European countries like the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Finland. Additionally, HMD will soon unveil the standard Nokia XR21 variant in a classic Black shade, priced at 649 Euros or 549 GBP.
