The evolution of foldable smartphones has been undeniably rapid, particularly in the Chinese market where local giants like Huawei, Honor, Oppo, and Xiaomi are making significant strides. Honor, despite the intense competition, has notably carved out a substantial portion of the market for itself, registering a remarkable 8 million foldable sales.

In the landscape of foldable technology, Honor has been consistently augmenting its portfolio, releasing a series of noteworthy models in quick succession. In July, the tech world saw the launch of the Magic V2, followed by the Honor V Purse in September, and most recently, the unveiling of the Honor Magic Vs 2. Such vigorous development and expansion have not only allowed Honor to surpass Huawei in terms of foldable sales from July to August but also enabled the company to secure the top spot in sales for both months.
