The iQOO 12 5G smartphone is set to make its debut in China next month and will be introduced to the Indian market soon after. iQOO India's CEO, Nipun Marya, has confirmed this exciting news on Twitter. The spotlight is on its cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the latest from Qualcomm. This chipset promises a leap in performance, overshadowing its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Adding to its prowess, the device boasts a unique display processor enhanced with ray-tracing capabilities, ensuring an unparalleled gaming experience.
In terms of its display, rumors suggest that the iQOO 12 5G will feature a flat AMOLED screen that supports a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The photographic capabilities of the phone are also noteworthy. It's anticipated to house a quad-camera setup on the rear, with the 50-megapixel OV50H primary camera, fortified with optical image stabilization, taking the lead.
iQOO 12 will pioneer in its field
The power source of the device is expected to be a 5,000mAh battery. An intriguing collaboration might be in the offing as well, with speculations about BMW M Motorsport partnering with iQOO for a special Legend Edition iQOO 12 5G, adorned with the iconic tricolor BMW M stripes. Apart from this unique design, potential buyers can also look forward to other color options, including Black and Red.
