Motorola demonstrated its own rollable device!

Rollable devices are becoming more and more common each day with the brand new technology and style they offer. As a result brands started to create their own rollable devices. Oppo and TCL have shown us their concepts for rollable devices, and LG even worked on a commercial rollable smartphone before it stopped making mobile devices last year. Rollable devices are so common now, brands even have started to demonstrate a laptop with a roll-out display. For example, Lenovo is demonstrating a laptop with a roll-out display, and now Motorola's mobile division is demonstrating a roll-out smartphone. Both of these products appear to be some of the more practical efforts that have been made thus far.

The Motorola phone starts out at a height of just 4 inches, making it easy to carry around, but the OLED panel can be extended to a normal 6.5 inches with just a button click. The phone is retracted once more with one click. In that sense, the phone offers a unique and easy customer experience. It is usable at both sizes, and the home screen, videos, and other content on the screen adjust to fit the size. On top of all these, Lenovo demonstrated a rollable laptop that begins with a standard landscape display and then expands to a square form. That form is especially important when it comes to vertical TikTok-style videos or documents.

Lenovo Vice President of Design Brian Leonard has shared his ideas on the new device by saying, "It's part of Lenovo's research into novel form factors, which started with the ThinkPad 360P laptop/tablet."As the content dynamically adapts to the screen, it can provide users with an unprecedented method of hyper-tasking for productivity, browsing, and more."
