Motorola has introduced its latest budget smartphone, the Moto G14, in India. This release marks the global debut of the phone, which is positioned as the successor to the Moto G13. Despite maintaining its budget-friendly price point, the new Moto G14 arrives with a range of updates, including a higher resolution display and a faster processor.

The Moto G14 offers a modern design with a flat frame, similar to many contemporary smartphones. Its specifications include a 6.5-inch LCD display with an FHD+ resolution and a centrally-located punch hole. The phone runs on a Unisoc T616 chipset, which is complemented by LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The Moto G14 is equipped with Android 13, and Motorola ensures that users will receive an upgrade to Android 14 as well as three years of security updates.

For photography enthusiasts, the Moto G14 offers a dual camera system on the back, featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. Additionally, it is equipped with an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. The device includes other features such as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos-supported dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a MicroSD card slot, and an IP52 rating for splash resistance. To ensure ample usage time, the phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 20W charging support.

The Motorola Moto G14 comes with a single 4GB + 128GB memory variant and is priced at ₹9,999. It is available in Steel Gray or Sky Blue color options. Customers interested in purchasing the phone can pre-order it on Flipkart starting from today. The device will also be available for purchase from August 8 through Motorola India’s official website, Flipkart, and physical retail stores.
