Oppo Find N3 Flip appears with a schematic leak

Oppo's anticipated new foldable smartphone, the N3 Flip, now emerges with a schematic design leak.

In December 2022, Oppo introduced the Find N2 Flip in China and later, its worldwide release took place. Recently, information has surfaced suggesting the development of the Find N3 Flip by the brand. Although an initial report provided key specifications and an alleged render of the device, it was later debunked. A new leak from Pricebaba has emerged, showcasing the rear design of the Find N3 Flip, offering insight into its potential specifications, and suggesting its imminent launch.

The recently leaked image depicts the Find N3 Flip with a rounded camera module housing three lenses. This design seems reminiscent of the Find N2 Flip. Interestingly, while in the earlier version, both Oppo and Hasselblad logos were situated at the bottom, this new leak suggests a change. The Hasselblad logo now appears inside the circular camera module, leaving the Oppo logo isolated at the bottom.

Changes from its predecessor are evident in the leaked specifications of the Find N3 Flip. The cover display's size is said to shrink to 3 inches, a move that raises eyebrows given that its predecessor sported a 3.26-inch display and competitors like the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 boast larger ones. The camera configuration on the rear is rumored to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and another 32-megapixel sensor. This camera information aligns with prior leaks. The device is also expected to support 67W fast charging, a detail reinforced by the spotting of a 67W charger during its 3C certification. The device's chipset, RAM, storage, and certain other details remain under wraps. However, the primary display is believed to be a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. A 32-megapixel front camera is also anticipated. While the design leak seems legitimate, the authenticity of the specifications remains in question.

The anticipated release date for the Find N3 Flip is by the end of the current month in China, with a global release expected in September. However, its launch timeline for India remains undisclosed.
