Poco is reportedly gearing up to introduce two new smartphones to the global market, including India: the Poco F6 5G and the Poco F6 Pro 5G. These devices are expected to be rebranded versions of the Redmi K70 series, which is set to make its debut this month in China. The Poco F6's Indian variant, identified by the model number 2311DRK48I, has recently received approval from India's BIS authority. Furthermore, its global counterpart, bearing the model number 2311DRK48G, has been certified by the IMDA in Singapore. These certifications suggest that the Poco F6 will soon be launching in various markets.

A recent hands-on video on Weibo showcased the front design of the Redmi K70e, speculated to be rebranded as the Poco F6 for the global audience. The Redmi K70e, which is expected to be the world's first smartphone equipped with the Dimensity 8300-Ultra chip, has already caught attention due to its impressive performance in benchmark tests like Geekbench.

Additional features likely to be included are a 16-megapixel front camera, a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor (with OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The K70e is anticipated to come with HyperOS-based Android 14, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a glass back, and a plastic frame, measuring 8.09mm in thickness and weighing 198 grams.
