Last week, realme introduced the GT Neo 5 in China with remarkable features including world-record fast charging capabilities of 240W and a high-quality display paired with a powerful processor. The device is anticipated to hit global markets as the realme GT 3. However, there are now indications that realme has plans to release a Speed Edition (SE) version of the GT Neo 5.

According to a Weibo blogger (@数码闲话站), the AnTuTu score of the rumored realme GT Neo 5 SE has been leaked. The device is said to be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 processor, which reportedly scored 1,029,731 on the AnTuTu benchmark test.

At this time, no further information about the smartphone or the chipset has been made available. It is possible that more details will surface in the near future as smartphone has started to surface in platform such as AnTuTu. The realme GT Neo 5 boasts a large 6.74-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels at 1.5K, a fast refresh rate of 144Hz, and a PWM dimming rate of 2160Hz. The back of the phone features RGB-lit LED lights, offering 25 different color choices for personalization.

The smartphone is powered by the previous generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, which is still a formidable processing solution. The chipset is paired with a range of memory options, including up to 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB or 1TB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, depending on the variant.

In terms of camera capabilities, the GT Neo 5 sports a triple-camera setup on its rear, consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens (Sony IMX355), and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, the device is equipped with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

There are two variants of the realme GT Neo 5, a more cost-effective option and a premium one. The budget-friendly option features a large 5,000mAh battery with support for fast charging using a 150W charger, while the more premium version boasts a smaller 4,600mAh battery but provides the world's first 240W fast charging technology.
