Redmi's budget smartphones have always been popular in India. So, it came as no surprise when the Redmi 12 5G recorded unprecedented sales on its debut, establishing itself as the highest-selling 5G phone on the day of its release. Just 28 days post-launch, Xiaomi, the parent company, announced that they had sold a staggering one million units of the Redmi 12 series in India.

Introduced as part of Xiaomi's affordable range, the Redmi 12 5G offers an attractive starting price of Rs. 10,999, bringing 5G technology within reach of many Indians. In comparison, its 4G counterpart, the Redmi 12 4G, is priced even lower at Rs 9,999.
