The highly anticipated Redmi K70 series is gearing up for its launch in China. This exciting development has been a subject of much speculation and anticipation among tech enthusiasts. The latest clue comes from a Chinese certification platform, shedding light on its fast charging capabilities.

The certification listing on the 3C platform identifies the Redmi K70 model with the model number 2311DRK48C. In addition to confirming its 5G network support, it reveals that the smartphone will support rapid 90W fast charging. It's important to note that the Redmi K70 series serves as the successor to the Redmi K60.

In a recent report, we learned that the launch date for the K70 lineup was hinted at in the MIUI 15 internal code. The company is rumored to unveil these smartphones in its home market of China during the first week of December. All three models in the series, namely K70, K70e, and K70 Pro, will come pre-loaded with the Android 14 OS and MIUI 15 custom skin. Notably, the top-tier Redmi K70 Pro recently made an appearance on GeekBench.

This benchmark listing unveiled its model number, 23117RK66C, along with single and multi-core test results, providing insights into some of its key specifications. The Redmi K70 Pro is expected to be equipped with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with up to 16GB of RAM. It will also run on the Android 14 OS with the MIUI 15 custom skin.
