The upcoming mid-range handset from the South Korean tech giant was spotted on GeekBench. Based on the benchmark listing, it appears to be an affordable 4G smartphone. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and comes with 4GB of RAM. In terms of performance, it achieved a score of 743 points in single-core tests and 2,005 points in multi-core tests.

Additionally, the smartphone runs on the Android 14 operating system with Samsung's One UI custom skin right out of the box. As of now, the company has not officially disclosed any details about the new Galaxy A15 4G model. However, previously leaked renders of the device have revealed its design, confirming the presence of a triple camera setup on the rear and a centered punch-hole cutout on the front. It's worth noting that last year, Samsung introduced the Galaxy A14 in both 4G and 5G variants.

This suggests that Samsung Electronics may follow a similar pattern for the Galaxy A15, offering it in two variants. The 5G model is likely to come with a higher price tag. In 2022, the Galaxy A14 5G model featured the Dimensity 700 SoC, up to 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It had a 50-megapixel triple camera setup on the rear and was powered by a substantial 5,000mAh battery. Therefore, we can anticipate similar specifications for the Galaxy A15, except for the 5G chipset.
