This new smartphone will expand the Vivo Y27 lineup, which was originally launched in Malaysia a few months ago. It's possible that the Vivo Y27s may have slightly lower specifications compared to the original Vivo Y27.

In addition to the Vivo Y27s, Vivo is also preparing to launch the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro in India on October 4. These new devices are expected to feature up to 12GB of RAM, a 4600 mAh battery, and a triple-rear camera module. They will also support 80W fast charging technology, which can charge the battery to full capacity in just 50 minutes.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It does not have support for expanding storage via a microSD card, but it does feature Extended RAM 3.0 technology.

The Vivo Y27 sports a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution. It has a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP portrait sensor, along with an 8MP selfie camera housed in a waterdrop notch. The device is equipped with a 5000 mAh battery and supports 44W FlashCharge technology. It runs on FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
