Vivo is gearing up to introduce its upcoming flagship smartphones, the X100 series, in its native Chinese market. These smartphones are expected to be equipped with state-of-the-art specifications and features. An intriguing leak has suggested that the Vivo X100 series might be the first-ever to incorporate the advanced LPDDR5T RAM.

The reliable source, Digital Chat Station, has disclosed that Vivo's X100 series will incorporate the recently launched LPDDR5T memory technology. For those unfamiliar with the technology, SK Hynix unveiled the LPDDR5T RAM earlier this year, boasting its position as the fastest mobile DRAM module globally. When tested, the LPDDR5T RAM demonstrated read speeds around 13 percent faster than its counterpart, the LPDDR5X, clocking in at a rapid 9.6Gbps.

Furthermore, MediaTek has recently conducted tests on the LPDDR5T module, where it impressively surpassed the performance of Samsung's LPDDR5X RAM. The state-of-the-art memory is anticipated to collaborate seamlessly with MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9300 SoC, coupled with UFS 4.0 storage.

It's worth noting that the Dimensity 9300 is set for an official announcement on November 6, and Vivo's X100 series is rumored to be among the first to sport this processor.

Moreover, the X100 series promises a diverse range of cutting-edge technology. Speculations suggest that both the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro will harness the power of MediaTek's Dimensity 9300 chipset. On the other hand, the superior Vivo X100 Pro+ is confirmed to be powered by the recently unveiled Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform.
