Along with the Vivo X Fold 2, the Vivo X Flip is now available. Just like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, OPPO Find N2 Flip, Motorola Razr, and others vivo also has joined vertical foldable market. The foldable devices are our new normal. Vivo X Fold 2 is a phone that folds vertically. It has a tall aspect ratio and an AMOLED display with a center-aligned punch-hole cutout.

The device supports HDR10+, has a 120Hz refresh rate, has a resolution of FHD+, and has a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The secondary display on the back panel of the X Flip is horizontal and has slightly curved edges that run from the left edge to the right. In the upper left corner of the Vivo X Flip, there is a circular camera module. The phone has a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP OIS-enabled primary sensor that are both made by ZEISS. A 32MP front-facing selfie camera is present.

The Vivo X Flip is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor inside. It has up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage and 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The device is powered by a 4,400mAh battery that can be charged quickly with 44W. Programming wise, the foldable telephone runs on Android 13-based OriginOS 3.

The 12GB + 256GB model of the Vivo X Flip costs RMB 5,999 (US$871), while the 12GB + 512GB model costs RMB 6,999 (US$1,017).
