Xiaomi Civi 3 Disney Strawberry Bear to be produced in limited quantities

Xiaomi has officially announced the upcoming launch of a special edition smartphone, the Xiaomi Civi 3 Disney Strawberry Bear limited edition, scheduled for release on December 22 in China. Following the success of the Disney-themed Civi 3 Mickey limited edition, Xiaomi, in collaboration with Disney, is set to introduce this unique edition to commemorate Disney’s 100th anniversary. Although the pricing for the Strawberry Bear model is yet to be confirmed, with the Mickey edition previously priced at 2,899 Yuan (~$405), expectations are high for this new release.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 Disney Strawberry Bear limited edition is expected to come with an array of exclusive accessories in its retail package, including a Strawberry Bear headstand, a magnetic phone case featuring the Strawberry Bear, a head holder, a fashionable hanging chain, a transparent protective case, a commemorative card, a custom SIM eject pin, and custom stickers.

As for the specifications of the Xiaomi Civi 3, the device features a 6.55-inch curved-edge OLED panel, offering an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it's powered by the Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset and comes with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the Xiaomi Civi 3’s camera setup, which includes a pair of 32-megapixel cameras with LED flash on the front, and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit on the back. Additional features include dual SIM support, 5G connectivity, an IR blaster, NFC, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, and MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
