Acer has recently announced the launch of its AI-powered laptop, the Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-72), which is set to revolutionize the computing experience for a diverse user base, including students, professionals, and creators. This new addition to the Acer family showcases Intel Core Ultra processors, integrated with Intel Arc graphics processing units (GPUs) and Intel AI Boost technology. The Swift Go 14 is designed to be a thin-and-light laptop, combining efficiency and immersive experiences, especially in AI-related workloads.

The Acer Swift Go 14 is equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, adhering to the Intel Evo Edition standards. It offers features like instant wake, fast charging, and up to 12.5 hours of battery life. The integration of Intel AI Boost and Intel Arc GPU ensures optimized performance, making this laptop suitable for casual gaming and content creation. Additionally, the Swift Go 14 supports Intel Unison, allowing seamless integration with Android and iOS devices.

This laptop brings forward AI-supported features, notably Acer PurifiedVoice and Acer PurifiedView, which enhance videoconferencing experiences. The Acer QuickPanel activates automatically when the camera or microphone is in use, simplifying the configuration process. Another innovative feature is Acer AlterView, which uses AI-generated depth maps to transform 2D images into animated 3D wallpapers.

The Swift Go 14 boasts a 14-inch 2.8K OLED panel with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display covers the entire DCI-P3 color gamut and is VESA Display HDR True Black 500 certified, promising a visually stunning experience.

Acer has designed the Swift Go 14 with mobility in mind. The laptop features a lightweight aluminum chassis, weighing just 1.32 kg and measuring 14.9 mm in thickness. The touchpad, made from eco-friendly OceanGlass derived from recycled ocean-bound plastic, offers a spacious scrolling surface. The laptop also includes essential connectivity ports like USB Type-C, HDMI 2.1, and a MicroSD slot. For wireless connections, it is equipped with Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Intel Bluetooth LE Audio.

In terms of availability, the Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-72) is slated to hit the North American market in January 2024, starting at USD 799.99. It will also become available in the EMEA region in December, with prices starting at EUR 1199.
