Apple claims that the new iPhone 14 lineup will be simpler to repair than previous versions. The information comes from people who work in the third-party repair industry. The report says that the iPhone 14 has two sensors for ambient light that help control how bright the display is. However, when a display that is not authorized is used as the replacement, these two ambient light sensors cease to function at all.

This means that unless you can remember exactly where the screen brightness slider is and manually adjust the brightness, your iPhone's display will be completely black. However, you will now need to adjudicate it manually each time. The issue is caused by Apple's restriction on "part pairing," which basically adds a unique digital ID to each component that the iPhone 14 recognizes. So utilizing unapproved parts makes a few parts quit working. Whether the screen is much more easier to fix or not brand new iPhone series have catched more attention than the previous ones.
