Apple will eventually use the USB Type-C standard. Apple is making this significant change in order to adhere to the European Union's decree setting a standard port across the industry. According to famous analyst Kuo USB-C port on the iPhone 15 lineup will have some limitations. He thinks that the business will literally limit the cables that customers using the new port can use.  Appearantly, the USB 3.2 connections will only be available on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The slower and more dated USB 2.0 standard, however, might be used by the regular iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.
