Expected specifications for the Huawei Nova 12 series are quite intriguing. The standard Huawei Nova 12 is rumored to feature a flat LCD screen, fortified with Huawei Kunlun glass, and could be powered by either Huawei’s Kirin 830 or Kirin 9000s SOC. It's anticipated to have a 45,000 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support and is likely to come in two storage configurations: 12+256Gb and 12+512GB, priced at 2,999 Yuan (420$) and 3,499 Yuan (490$), respectively.

The Nova 12 Pro variant is expected to retain the same battery capacity but with an improved 100W charging. It might also feature the 2nd Gen Kunlun Glass and a new OV50H primary sensor. The Nova 12 Ultra is speculated to come with the 2nd generation Kunlun glass protection, 100W charging, and could be powered by the Kirin 9000 SoC, similar to the newly launched Huawei Mate 60 flagship series. A 12 GB + 512 GB version of the Ultra is expected, potentially retailing for 4,999 yuan (700$).

The Nova 12 Lite is also expected to feature the Kirin 9000s SoC and the same 50MP primary rear sensor. Details about this variant are still under wraps. Common to the entire Nova 12 series, these smartphones will likely include plastic frames, a z-axis vibration motor, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 60MP front camera.
