Vivo is reportedly gearing up to unveil its photography-centric Vivo X100 series of flagship smartphones in China around mid-November. Adding to the growing list of leaks, details regarding the camera, battery, and charging specifications for the X100 and X100 Pro models have emerged.

MediaTek is expected to announce the Dimensity 9300 on November 6th. Following this, the X100 series is anticipated to be launched in the third week of November, with rumored release dates on November 13, 14, or 15. There are also speculations that the performance of the D9300-powered X100 series could rival that of the Apple iPhone 15 Pro.

When it comes to the devices' specifics, the Vivo X100 is believed to be equipped with a Sony IMX920 primary camera, a robust 5,100mAh battery, and will support 120W wired charging. However, similar to the X90, it's speculated that the X100 might not support wireless charging. On the other hand, the X100 Pro is rumored to sport the Sony IMX989 as its primary camera and will house a 5,400mAh battery. Unlike the X100, this model might offer both 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Other circulating reports suggest that both the X100 and 100 Pro could feature an IMX663 ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel periscope zoom camera.

In a related note, Vivo had previously launched the Vivo X90 Pro Plus, alongside the X90 and X90 Pro, in December 2022. Rumors are also floating around that the X100 Pro+ might see its debut in the early months of 2024.
