iQOO is gearing up to introduce its latest smartphone lineup, the iQOO Neo 9 series, later this month in China. The series, comprising the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro, are identified by model numbers V2338A and V2339A, respectively. A recent report from TheTechOutlook has brought to light that the Neo 9 has been listed in the Google Play Supported Devices list, signaling its imminent arrival. Alongside this, a new tablet named the iQOO Pad Air has also been spotted in the same listing, adding to the anticipation.

The screengrab from the listing confirms the presence of the iQOO Neo 9 with the model number V2338A. Additionally, the iQOO Pad Air, bearing the model number iPA2451, has been identified. While the launch date for the Neo 9 is set for December 27, details about the existence or release of the iQOO Pad Air remain unconfirmed.

Further investigation into the listing reveals that the iQOO Pad Air is identified as "PD2305," which aligns with the model number of the Vivo Pad Air. This similarity suggests that the iQOO Pad Air might be a rebranded version of the Vivo Pad Air. Whether the iQOO Pad Air will debut alongside the Neo 9 series is a matter of speculation at this point.

Looking into the expected specifications, the Vivo Pad Air, launched in August 2023 in China, boasts an 11.5-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 870 chip and offers up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Other features include an 8,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging, a 5-megapixel front camera, an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and runs on Origin OS 3-based Android 13.

As for the iQOO Neo 9, reports suggest a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The battery capacity is anticipated to be 5,160mAh with 120W fast charging support. Running on OriginOS 4-based Android 14, the Neo 9 is likely to feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a dual-camera system at the back, including a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
