Earlier in May, Nokia introduced the robust XR21 smartphone to the UK market, followed by a US release the subsequent month. Presently, the hardy device has expanded its presence into various European territories and Australia.

In Australia, the Nokia XR21, carrying a price of AUD 799, makes a grand debut. Conversely, in European countries like Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands, the device is tagged at EUR 599. This Midnight Black variant of the smartphone comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Australian customers will receive the additional perks of a free Nokia Wireless Speaker 2 and a 33W charger with the smartphone, whereas European buyers will be treated to a pair of Nokia Clarity earbuds on purchasing the Nokia XR21.

The Nokia XR21 is furnished with a central punch-hole cutout in its display, which encompasses a 6.49-inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution. Promising a seamless viewing experience, it offers a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 550 nits. Additional features include Gorilla Glass Victus protection, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and dual customizable buttons.

Design-wise, the Nokia XR21 proudly displays its robust make with a chassis made entirely of recycled aluminum. Meeting MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability standards and possessing an IP68 waterproof rating, the XR21 is also IP69K certified for dust, water, and drop resistance.

For avid photographers, the Nokia XR21 includes a 16MP front camera for sharp selfies. The rear of the device hosts a dual-camera setup, consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an LED flash.

The smartphone's performance is powered by a Snapdragon 695 processor, along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. A 4,800mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging fuels the device, and it operates on the Android 12 operating system for a fluid user experience.

The Nokia XR21 is also equipped with a myriad of connectivity options, such as extra-loud stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB-C port, NavIC support, 5G capability, and compatibility with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1.
