OnePlus has unveiled its inaugural foldable phone, the OnePlus Open, during an international event in Mumbai, India. Interestingly, this device mirrors OPPO’s Find N3 targeted at the Chinese market, with both sharing similar specifications and features.

The compact and wallet-sized OnePlus Open boasts a distinctive boxy design. On its left side, there's a three-tier alert slider, while the back features a prominent round camera module. The hinge of this foldable phone is made from aerospace-grade materials, with a remarkable 1,000,000-fold lifespan. One of its outstanding attributes is the barely noticeable crease when folded.

For display, it has a 6.3-inch external and a 7.82-inch internal screen. These screens utilize an LTPO AMOLED panel with a 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2,800 nits. The outer screen benefits from Ceramic Guard protection, which is acclaimed for its enhanced durability compared to Gorilla Glass Victus. On the other hand, the internal screen is composed of ultra-thin glass. Sound quality isn't compromised either, as the OnePlus Open has three speakers fine-tuned by Dolby Atmos.
