OnePlus has been relatively successful in the high-end smartphone market, with its devices being well-received for their sleek designs, fast performance, and relatively affordable prices compared to other premium brands.

Meanwhile, OnePlus has released the OnePlus Ace 2V in China after building anticipation for several days. Despite being marketed as a less advanced version of the standard OnePlus Ace 2, the device appears to be on par with its counterpart in terms of features and design.

The OnePlus Ace 2V boasts impressive specs, starting with its 6.74-inch flat OLED display featuring a centered punch-hole, a 10-bit screen, 2772 x 1240-pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1450 nits peak brightness level, and HDR10+ support.

Under the hood, the phone is boosted by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It functions on ColorOS 13 based on Android 13. The device also features a triple-camera setup on the back, which includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro snapper. The front-facing camera is a 16-megapixel shooter. 

OnePlus Ace 2V also includes dual stereo speakers, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, 5G connectivity, WiFi 6, GNSS, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and USB 2.0 (Type-C). Lastly, it packs a 5,000mAh battery serving 80W fast charging support.

OnePlus Ace 2V price and other details

The OnePlus Ace 2V will be sold at the following prices in China: ¥2,299 ($330) for the 12GB+256GB variant, ¥2,499 ($360) for the 16GB+256GB variant, and ¥2,799 (~$400) for the 16GB+512GB model.

The phone comes in two color options - green and black. Pre-orders for the device start today at 4 PM CST, with sales starting on March 13 at 10 AM CST. It is expected that the phone will be launched in global markets under the name OnePlus Nord 3 in July.
