OPPO is in the advanced stages of launching new entries to its A-series phones in China: the OPPO A2x and A2m. These models created a buzz when their renders were leaked earlier this month. Following this, they secured their certification from TENAA last month. Recently, a more detailed look into the OPPO A2m became available when it was listed on China Telecom, complete with specifications and an official image. This device can be identified by the model number PJU110.

The OPPO A2m is designed with a waterdrop notch complemented by a pronounced chin at the display's bottom. Its rear panel showcases a single camera sensor with an accompanying LED flash. A power button is located on the device's right side, which might also serve as a fingerprint scanner. As for aesthetics, the smartphone will be available in two distinctive colors: Starry Night Black and Flying Frost Purple.

Diving deeper into the technical aspects, the OPPO A2m features a 6.56-inch display with HD+ resolution. The camera configuration consists of a 13MP primary rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera. Powering the device is the MediaTek MT6833V’/ZA processor, speculated to be the Dimensity 700 or perhaps its rebranded counterpart, the Dimensity 6020. Potential buyers will have the option to choose from three combinations of RAM and storage: 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB.

While the China Telecom listing remained silent on the battery capacity, information from TENAA suggests a robust 5,000mAh battery. Furthermore, the smartphone will come pre-installed with Android 13. In terms of connectivity, users can expect a 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a slot to accommodate dual SIM cards.
