In October, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone to select regions globally, and the company has now expanded its availability to include South Korea and various European countries.
The Galaxy S23 FE, available since December 8 in the UK and Europe, is priced at £599 for the 128GB model and £649 for the 256GB model in the UK. In the EU, the prices are set at €699 for the 8GB/128GB version and €759 for the 8GB/256GB version. In South Korea, it retails for approximately KRW847,000 (~$640). The smartphone is offered in four colors: Cream, Graphite, Mint, and Purple.
Featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for the US market and a Samsung Exynos 2200 SoC for other regions, the Galaxy S23 FE boasts a peak clock speed of 2.8GHz. It comes with 8GB of RAM and is available in 128GB or 256GB storage options. The device is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging, allowing up to 50% battery replenishment in just 30 minutes with 25W wired fast charging. Samsung Galaxy S23 FE now available in Europe and Asia
The camera setup of the Galaxy S23 FE includes a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultrawide sensor with a 123˚ field of view, and an 8MP telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom and OIS. For selfies, it features a 10MP front camera with an 80˚ field of view.
Running on Android 13 with One UI 5.1, the Galaxy S23 FE promises a modern and user-friendly interface. Samsung has committed to providing four years of Android updates and five years of security updates, extending support up to Android 17. The device's connectivity options are comprehensive, including Dual SIM with 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB 3.1, and NFC. It also features stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos, offering an immersive audio experience.
