Samsung introduces Vietnam-exclusive Galaxy A series

Samsung has expanded its A-series lineup with the introduction of the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 in Vietnam. The Galaxy A25 is designed to support 5G connectivity, while the Galaxy A15 is available in both 4G and 5G variants. A standout feature of these new models is Samsung's Key Island feature, a unique embossed border design with rounded edges that enhances grip and comfort.

The Galaxy A15 is available in both 4G and 5G variants, which share similar specifications except for differences in their chipsets. The 4G version is equipped with the Helio G99 processor, offering 8 GB of RAM and a choice of 128 GB or 256 GB storage options. In contrast, the 5G model includes the Dimensity 6100 Plus chip, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Both versions feature a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED Infinity-U notch display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 800 nits. They also include a 13-megapixel front camera and a rear triple camera system with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Galaxy A25 5G, on the other hand, boasts a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED Infinity-U notch display with Full HD+ resolution, a higher 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Powered by the Exynos 1280 processor, it comes with either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. This model features a 13-megapixel front camera and a rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Both the Galaxy A25 and the Galaxy A15 (4G and 5G versions) are supported by a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging capabilities. For security, these devices include a side-facing fingerprint sensor and run on the One UI 6.0-based Android 14 operating system. The A25 model offers dual speakers, while the A15 variants come with a single speaker.

In terms of pricing, the Galaxy A15 4G and 5G variants are priced at VND 4,990,000 (approximately $205) and VND 6,290,000 (around $260) for their base models, respectively. The Galaxy A25 is priced at VND 6,590,000 (about $270). These new A-series models are available in various colors, including Personality Yellow, Fantasy Blue, Optimistic Blue, and Ban Linh Black.
