The Honor 90 series, encompassing the Honor 90 and 90 Pro models, is slated for imminent launch. Blogger "Yang Pat" has shared that promotional materials will roll out on May 19, sales will commence on May 29, and the devices will officially enter the market on June 7.

The Honor 90 and 90 Pro have successfully navigated the certification process with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and China's 3C certification. Their model numbers are REA-AN00 for the Honor 90, and REP-AN00 for the Honor 90 Pro. This certification process has brought to light some key features of these devices.

As per the 3C certification, the Honor 90 Pro will be equipped with a robust 100W fast-charging feature, whereas the Honor 90 will possess a 66W fast-charging function. Importantly, both devices are compatible with backward charging, augmenting their utility and user convenience.

Earlier leaks hint at the Honor 90 series coming packed with remarkable specifications. Both models are anticipated to exhibit a high-refresh-rate 1.5K+ curved display and run on the latest 5G Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, promising top-notch performance. The devices are also designed to have a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera.

When it comes to photographic capabilities, the Honor 90 series is expected to present a triple camera arrangement, including a 200-megapixel Samsung S5KHP3 primary camera with 16-in-1 pixel binning technology, supplemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a depth-of-field lens.

The Honor 90 series is poised to introduce a number of significant upgrades based on feedback from the preceding Honor 80 series. Notably, the forthcoming models will feature dual speakers and OIS optical image stabilization, highlighting Honor's intensified focus on detail.
