The Chinese tech company Oppo has revealed the price of its long-awaited budget-friendly smartphone model, the Oppo A2 5G.
Last week marked an exciting announcement from Oppo: the upcoming launch of the OPPO A2 5G smartphone. Eagerly awaited, the device has now been officially listed on Oppo Mall, signaling its availability starting November 11. Touted by the brand as one of the most cost-effective options for a phone boasting 512 GB of internal storage, let's delve into what the OPPO A2 5G offers in terms of pricing and specifications.
The OPPO A2 5G comes in two configurations to cater to different user needs. The first option includes 12 GB of RAM paired with 256 GB of storage and is priced at 1699 Yuan, which is approximately $232. The second variant ups the ante with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, available at a marginally higher 1799 Yuan, or around $246. Potential buyers can choose from three attractive color options: Jinghai Black, Qingbo Cui, and Ice Crystal Purple.
In terms of display, the OPPO A2 5G boasts a 6.72-inch LCD punch-hole screen with a 2400×1080 resolution. This is complemented by a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate for a smoother user experience. The screen's peak brightness can reach up to 680 nits and it is safeguarded by durable Panda Glass.

Battery life is a key feature for any smartphone, and the OPPO A2 5G is set to deliver with its 5,000mAh battery, which is supported by 33W fast charging.
