The FDA-approved birth control app maker Natural Cycles and Samsung have partnered to provide skin temperature-based cycle tracking to the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro. Users of Samsung's Galaxy Watch 5 series will have access to advanced cycle tracking via the Cycle Tracking feature on the Samsung Health app thanks to Natural Cycles' fertility technology and Samsung's temperature sensor technology, which together provide users with more in-depth insight into their menstrual cycle.

The Republic of Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) has already given the Cycle Tracking feature approval, and it has been filed with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Additionally, it meets with the criteria for the CE Mark.
