Samsung Galaxy watches are widely popular and they offer a range of features including fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and GPS functionality. They also come in a variety of styles and sizes to suit different preferences.

Now, Samsung is reportedly planning to launch a new lineup of smartwatches in 2023 under the name Galaxy Watch 6, which will succeed the Galaxy Watch 5 released in 2022. Recently, the design of this upcoming wearable was leaked by a trusted tipster, and now the battery capacity of the device is now revealed by a certification listing.

According to GalaxyClub, SafetyKorea has certified the batteries of two upcoming Samsung smartwatches that are expected to belong to the Galaxy Watch 6 series. The smaller battery, which is expected to power the 40mm variant of the Galaxy Watch 6, has a capacity of 300mAh, which is more than the battery capacities of the 40mm versions of the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4.

The second certified battery has a capacity of 425mAh and is expected to back the 44mm variant of Galaxy Watch 6. Additionally, it is speculated that the Galaxy Watch 6 will feature curved glass similar to the Google Pixel Watch, and Samsung may include other upgrades as well.
