The leaked images showcase the Redmi Pad SE in three striking colors—gray, green, and purple. Anchored by an 11" FullHD+ LCD boasting a 90Hz refresh rate, 400 nits peak brightness, and 207 ppi pixel density, the tablet features a 5MP f/2.2 front camera and an 8MP f/2.0 rear camera. Notably, the slate is equipped with the FocusFrame feature, automatically tracking subjects during video calls to maintain their central position.

Powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC, the Redmi Pad SE offers 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It comes pre-installed with Android 13-based MIUI for Pad and houses an 8,000 mAh battery, charging via a USB-C port at up to 10W. The tablet boasts remarkable endurance, supporting up to 21 hours of continuous video playback and 12 hours of uninterrupted gaming.

Reports indicate that the Pad SE possesses a sleek metal unibody design, weighing 478 grams and measuring 7.36mm in thickness. The inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity is complemented by the absence of LTE support and a fingerprint scanner. However, compatibility with the Redmi Stylus for Pad is confirmed. The renders further highlight the presence of quad speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and a microSD card slot for expanding storage.

Expectedly, the Redmi Pad SE is set to be attractively priced at around €190 in Europe, offering a budget-friendly alternative to the Redmi Pad's base model, which retails for €279 with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. As anticipation builds, Xiaomi's Redmi Pad SE promises to be a noteworthy contender in the tablet market.
