In a noteworthy addition, the vehicle will boast support for Apple CarPlay, thereby providing users with a seamless interface to connect their iPhones to the car’s infotainment screen. This integration permits users to navigate through numerous smartphone applications directly via the car's screen, sidestepping the necessity to engage with the physical phone. Utilizing the car's embedded speakers and microphone, users can manage sound during calls, while the Siri voice assistant enables hands-free operation when connected via CarPlay.

In terms of its inner workings, the certifications reveal that the Xiaomi Car will harness power from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 automotive chipset, which is anticipated to deliver up to eight times the performance of its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8155. The car is also rumoured to be equipped with a 101 kWh battery and be compatible with 800 V high voltage fast charging.

Prospective buyers can anticipate the Xiaomi Car to be tagged with a price between 260,000 yuan and 350,000 yuan (equivalent to 36,40049,000 USD).
