The buzz online, fueled by leaks, suggests that the Lenovo Legion Go will be equipped with the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU and a robust 16GB LPDDR5-7500 RAM.

Previously, the Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU made its debut in the Asus ROG Ally, suggesting the capabilities this processor brings. Lenovo's choice to also integrate the Z1 series into their handheld console further vouches for its performance potential.

Moreover, the device is set to feature 16GB LPDDR5-7500 RAM and will provide users with two storage capacities: 256GB and 512GB M.2 2242 NVMe. As for the display, expectations point to a resolution of 2560 x 1600.

When it comes to the performance of the Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU, it's worth noting this AMD-designed processor's prowess in handheld gaming. Notable tests on the ROG Ally showed games like Cyberpunk, Shadow of Tomb Rider, and Forza Horizon 5 maintaining an impressive near 60FPS at 720p turbo mode, with FSR enabled, AMD’s answer to DLSS.

The leaked design renders of the Lenovo Legion Go have also caught the attention of enthusiasts. The device boasts bumper and trigger buttons on both sides, a volume button atop for easy in-game sound adjustments, and a 3.5mm Combo Audio jack.
