Realme is making waves in the smartphone world with the anticipated arrival of its next-gen flagship, the Realme GT 5 Pro. This device has been in the rumor mill for quite some time, and recent official announcements have brought it back to the spotlight.

Recently, Realme provided a teaser about the imminent launch of the GT 5 Pro, and shortly after, confirmed its power source: the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It's worth noting that this chip is Qualcomm's latest flagship mobile platform, freshly announced. While the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are slated to debut with this chip soon, followed closely by the iQOO 12 series, Realme hasn't yet shared its launch date for the GT 5 Pro.

However, some information about the device has been uncovered. A trusted source, Digital Chat Station, divulged that the Realme GT 5 Pro would feature a curved screen, sourced from a Chinese display manufacturer, boasting a 1.5K resolution. In terms of its camera system, the GT 5 Pro is predicted to be equipped with a triple camera setup incorporating Sony sensors. The configuration is expected to consist of an IMX966 primary sensor, an IMX581 ultrawide lens, and a potentially periscopic IMX890 3x telephoto shooter.

Previous leaks also hint at the device coming with a vegan leather finish, a comprehensive 10,000mm² VC liquid cooling system, and a robust 5,400mAh battery. Notably, the GT 5 Pro is rumored to support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities.
