Vivo expanded its smartphone range with the launch of the Vivo S17 series in China earlier this year. Among the models introduced, the Vivo S17e, Vivo S17, and Vivo S17 Pro were readily available, while the S17t took a little longer to hit the market. Now, the Vivo S17t has finally been made available for purchase in its domestic territory.

The Vivo S17t, exclusively available in a 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage configuration, is retailing at 2,999 Yuan. Potential buyers have the option to choose from three colors: Black, Mountain Sea Green (blue), and Sea of Flowers (pink). On the other hand, the Vivo S17 is available in three variants: 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. These are priced at 2,499 Yuan, 2,799 Yuan, and 2,999 Yuan respectively. In addition to the aforementioned colors, the Vivo S17 also introduces a unique purple shade.

Diving deeper into their specifications, the Vivo S17 and S17t share most of their features. The primary distinction lies in their processing units: the S17 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G Plus chip, whereas the S17t boasts the Dimensity 8050.

The Vivo S17t showcases a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. An under-screen fingerprint sensor ensures swift device access. Its performance is amplified by the Dimensity 8050 chip, coupled with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Energy needs are met by a 4,600mAh battery, enhanced with 80W fast charging capabilities. For photography enthusiasts, the front houses a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 camera. The rear features a 50-megapixel Samsung GN5 primary camera, complemented by an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens. Both the front and rear cameras are capable of recording 4K videos. Furthermore, the device supports dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and includes a USB-C port for connectivity.
