A ship has sung! Despite all search and rescue efforts crew still not found
A disaster took place yesterday morning. Despite all search and rescue efforts the crew is still missing.
The ship named 'Joe 2', carrying 3000 tons of bauxite mine with the flag of Guinea-Bissau, on its way from Turkey to Ukraine, sank off yesterday morning. Despite all the search and rescue efforts the crew is no where to be found. Right after the alarm the search and rescue operation was started.

The search for the 8 missing persons continues. Syrian captain Bassem Aris, 2nd captain Aziz Kherbek, chief engineer Mhmod Smea, 2nd engineer Alaa Mansour, wiper Ali Beshlavi, master sailors Mustafa Hemden, Jaafar Haifa, Hasan Jaser, Nabil Hasan and Abdulrahman Fawakhrji and 5 people were rescued yet 1 person died.
'JOE 2' was built in 1993 and is a General Cargo ship sailing under the 'Guinea-Bissau' flag; It has been learned that its carrying capacity is 3426 t DWT, its current draft is 4.4 meters, its total length (LOA) is 86.04 meters and its width is 14.5 meters. As for now all search and rescue teams work their best to find missing people yet as time goes it becomes much more harder to successfully reach them.
