Elon Musk tells Twitter that he won't fire 75% of his employees!

Bloomberg claims that he informed Twitter's employees that he does not intend to fire 75% of the company's 7,500 employees, contrary to what The Washington Post had previously reported.
It's still expected that Musk will order layoffs, but these speculations turned out to be false.

According to internal documents obtained by The Post, the current leadership of the company was planning a 25% workforce reduction, resulting in 1,900 layoffs.Data center closures and major infrastructure reductions were also being planned by executives. Although it had been in limbo for quite some time, Musk's purchase of Twitter is on track to close by Friday. The executive had considered canceling his $44 billion purchase, claiming that the company had withheld information that would have revealed the number of bots and fake accounts on the website.

Twitter, on the other hand, filed a lawsuit against Musk, accusing him of wrongfully violating the agreement. After long debates and speculations the purchase finally happened and Musk started to explain why he was interesten in buying the platform in the first place. He claimed that he does not aim any personal profit but rather looks for greater good.
