Pentagon described the UFO they detected: "Translucent, metallic"

UFO is a subject that human kind has been curious about. We have seen some reports and leakes about it before and now Sean M. Kirkpatrick, the Pentagon officer in charge of unidentified flying objects (UFO), announced that they detected a "metallic orb" in the Middle East last year.

Appearing before a sub-committee of the Senate Armed Services Committee in the US Congress, Kirkpatrick stated that the strange object was observed by the MQ-9 Reaper drone. Although flying objects often attributed to aliens are called UFOs in popular culture, US authorities now refer to them as "unexplained anomalous weather events" (UAP).

The Ministry had established the All Sites Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to take on the role of formally investigating such incidents.

Kirkpatrick, the director of this institution, listed the features of the UAP identified in his statement to Congress. "Silver, translucent, metallic," said the director, continuing his words as follows:
