After Elon Musk's take over Twitter, many changes started to happen including massive layoffs, but it looks like employees are not really happy about what is going on. In the midst of layoffs Twitter faces a class action lawsuit. Bloomberg reports that employees have filed a class action lawsuit against Twitter in federal court in San Francisco, claiming that the company's actions violate the US Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.

Mass layoffs must be announced 60 days in advance to companies with 100 or more employees, as required by labor law. Earlier, the New York Times reported that Twitter would begin layoffs, affecting approximately half of the company's employees. Twitter stated that the layoffs are "unfortunately necessary to ensure the company's success moving forward" in an email seen by The Washington Post.

Elon Musk has been quite active about doing some changes on the platform including adding price to blue check and cutting of the employees. Certain individuals are covering the interpersonal organization that they have proactively been kept out of their work messages and had been eliminated from the organization's focal Leeway account.

Similar situations happened with Tesla as well when Elon Musk, who took over Twitter a week ago, referred to the lawsuit as "trivial."Additionally, the court had sided with Tesla and decided that employees should negotiate with Tesla through closed-door arbitration.
