Elon Musk took over Twitter and things started to go down from there. Many layofss happened and more to come.
Twitter has been going under some problems ever since Musk bought the platform. Looks like things will not calm down for a while either. Huge layoffs happened after Musk took over Twitter which resulted in advertisers to stop working with Twitter. Again recent reports claim that employees who criticize Elon Musk are now fired.
After criticizing their new boss on the platform, at least three Twitter employees who made it through the massive layoffs that reduced the company's workforce by half have been fired.

Bloomberg has confirmed that another engineer by the name of Ben Leib was fired as well. As a former "tech lead for timelines infrastructure at Twitter," Leib stated in response to Musk's apology tweet that their new owner had no idea what he was referring to. And afterward there's Sasha Solomon, a tech lead for the organization who ringed in with her own reaction to a similar Musk tweet and who later declared that she, as well, got terminated.
