The company has begun distributing Maintenance Mode to Galaxy devices that have One UI 5 installed as of today. In 2023, there will be a wider range of options. In other words, the feature will be made available to Galaxy S22 users first.

The "Battery and device care" section of the Settings menu is where you'll find the option to enable Maintenance Mode once it arrives on your phone. For a technician to use while working on your device, it will create a separate account on your phone. Maintenance Mode prevents a technician from seeing the apps you have installed and protects your personal information. They can download any diagnostic software they need from the Galaxy Store, but once they're done, your phone will wipe out any new apps and data. You can disable Maintenance Mode by authenticating yourself once your phone is back in your possession.
