Following the recent unveiling of the LG 27GR83Q 240Hz monitor in the American market, LG is further expanding its UltraGear line by introducing two new panel models – the UltraGear 27GR93U and UltraGear 32GR93U. As the monikers indicate, the key distinction between the two lies in their screen dimensions.

The UltraGear 27GR93U flaunts a 27-inch panel size, while the UltraGear 32GR93U provides a more substantial viewing field, stretching across 31.5 inches. Both models deliver a crisp native 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels coupled with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a silky-smooth 144 Hz refresh rate.

Showcasing an IPS panel with a peak brightness of 500 nits, these monitors stand out in their suitability for gaming. Furthermore, the quick 1 ms GtG response time amplifies their appeal. The gaming capabilities are complemented by the impressive display attributes ideal for movies or videos – 10-bit color depth (8-bit + FRC), extensive coverage of 95% of the DCI-P3 color space, and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. Additionally, color calibration is feasible on these monitors with the LG Calibration Studio.

Both the UltraGear 27GR93U and UltraGear 32GR93U are fortified with AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC support, guaranteeing seamless gameplay. They present a variety of connection options, such as a DisplayPort 1.4 connection, dual HDMI 2.1 ports, and a USB 3.0 hub. To augment user convenience, these monitors come with adjustable stands and are compatible with VESA 100 x 100 mm mounts, offering the freedom to use third-party stands if preferred.

While both the UltraGear 27GR93U and UltraGear 32GR93U are currently displayed on LG's UK website, no information about their pricing or availability is available. Nonetheless, rumors suggest a debut in September 2023.
