iQOO, a renowned player in the smartphone industry, has recently announced its latest flagship series, the iQOO 12 series, in China. This series includes two models: the iQOO 12 and the iQOO 12 Pro. There's growing excitement for the upcoming launch of the iQOO 12 5G in India, scheduled for December 12, 2023. This launch is highly anticipated due to the impressive features that the series has showcased in its Chinese debut.

The iQOO 12, which has already made a significant impact in China, is now set to extend its reach globally. The model's international expansion is hinted at by its listing on Indonesia's SDPPI certification website under the model number I220. While the certification details are still under wraps, the specifications of the device have been public since its initial release in China.

The Chinese variant of the iQOO 12 boasts an impressive array of features. It comes with a 6.78-inch Flat AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and a high refresh rate of 144Hz, ensuring a seamless visual experience. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with iQOO’s proprietary e-sports chip Q1 and the Adreno 750 GPU, making it a powerhouse for gaming and heavy usage.

It features a versatile triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 64MP periscope telephoto camera for detailed zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide camera for expansive shots. The 16MP front camera is adept for high-quality selfies. The device's endurance is supported by a robust 5,000mAh battery, which is capable of fast charging up to 120W, significantly reducing downtime. Moreover, the device includes comprehensive connectivity options like 5G support, Wi-Fi across various standards including 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6/7 with triple band and Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC, making it a well-rounded flagship.
