The braind transplant can be real

Imagine being able to transmit the brains of dead people, perfect minds would no longer have to perish. The brains of people who take important steps in the name of science and humanity can be transferred. According to a surgeon this kind of situation is technically possible.

Sergio Canavero suggested that a whole brain transplant is now "technically possible". The neurosurgeon made this claim in a new article published on the website of the International Society of Surgical Neurology. The article titled "Whole Brain Transplantation in Humans: Technically Possible" included the following statements: Technologies that could successfully rejuvenate an aged body could not be developed. This means it's time to explore other options (like a brain transplant).

"The first human head transplant was performed on human cadavers," Canavero told The Telegraph. "The head transplant I did for those people was an intermediate step towards a brain transplant," Canavero said in an interview with VICE News about his latest article. The neurosurgeon set out to conduct his first experiment on living humans in 2019.

According to Canavero's paper, the ultimate objective of such a procedure would be to extend the number of years a person could live in a "pristine body."
