The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA), a national advisory organization, reviewed nearly every disease and found that any level of alcohol consumption had a net negative impact on health. This includes a variety of cancers, heart disease, and liver cirrhosis.

When a person drinks six or more drinks per week, the health risks become "increasingly high." Furthermore, for ladies who have at least three beverages each week, the gamble of medical problems increments all the more steeply contrasted with men, research shows.
